Rotie's waste collection service ensures that all your kitchen waste is collected for disposal on a regular basis. This includes organic waste (the green barrel) and used fryer grease as well as other waste.
We collect:
- Organic kitchen waste like gravy or soup. This includes barrel service, transport and recycling;
- Fryer grease, both solid and fluid. This includes barrel service, transport and recycling;
- Grease trap: for emptying of the grease trap please make an appointment with our cleaning service. This includes cleaning, flushing of incoming and outgoing pipes and inspection of the grease trap;
- Paper, cardboard and glass: in combination with organic waste we also collect paper, cardboard and glass. Preferably in 240 liter bins, for weekly or custom collection.
Over the past years environmental regulations for the food service industry have been tightened to include a traceable and responsible disposal of waste. We will provide you with a Statement of Disposal, proving that your waste has been collected and recycled responsibly.
