Rotie is one of the most professional and innovative collection companies of used cooking oils and organic waste in Europe. We help our clients to manage their waste responsibly, and to make waste management more sustainable and less costly. Both our clients and the environment benefit from our approach.

Rotie offers its clients a complete waste management package, which can cut costs considerably. We take care of the hygienic storage and collection of waste streams, and we minimise transport. Almost 100% of the waste materials we collect are reused for the production of biodiesel, biogas, bio heating oil, bio glycerine and organic fertiliser. The result is the maximum possible CO2 emission reduction.

Greenmills
Rotie is part of Greenmills, the new biofuel processing plant in the port of Amsterdam. Rotie delivers waste products for reuse in the production of biodiesel and biogas. We thus create a sustainable cycle from waste to energy.

Greenmills integrates the processes of Rotie, Noba, Biodiesel Amsterdam, Tankstorage Amsterdam and Orgaworld (part of the Shanks Group).

Simadan Group
Greenmills is an initiative of the Simadan Group, a group of companies in the area of organic waste collection and processing, and the production of second generation biodiesel.

The Simadan Group employs approximately 150 people.

Clients
Rotie works for diverse companies, raning from large food and beverage producers to points of sale, (semi) government and food service companies. Rotie handles any type of organic waste.
